MSC Claw: Deploying a Client Agent in 30 Minutes

From first call to production agent. 2,858 clients, $430K AR pipeline, and the template that makes it repeatable.

MSC Claw: Deploying a Client Agent in 30 Minutes

April 9, 2026 — Gabriel Covarrubias called at 2 PM. By 2:30 PM, MSC Integration had its own AI agent running in production.

The Client

MSC Integration. CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring. Sacramento. 2,858 clients in Jobber. $2.85M closed-won in HubSpot. 8-9 technicians covering a 3-hour radius.

The problem: 200+ recurring invoices every month, each requiring 3-4 manual clicks. 600-800 clicks per month just to bill clients. 30% of revenue ($855K) sitting in aged receivables because follow-up was manual.

The 30-Minute Deploy

We have a template. Clone the agent config, point it at the client's APIs, set the model, deploy to Azure, wire the Telegram bot. Done.

MSC Claw went live on Azure Container Apps in the westus2 region. Dedicated Anthropic API key for per-client billing. Jobber API access with 31,729 rows synced to SQL. HubSpot pipeline connected.

From "nice to meet you" to "your agent is live on Telegram" in half an hour.

What MSC Claw Does

  • Recurring billing automation — 200+ invoices generated on the 1st of every month, no clicks
  • AR aging reports — Monday morning report showing 14/30/60/90 day buckets
  • Automated follow-ups — emails at 14, 30, 60, 90 days past due
  • Job audit — cross-checks activities before invoicing
  • Rate card enforcement — standard, after-hours, weekend, P1 rates applied automatically

The Proposal

Phase 1: Billing Automation — $8,500 (weeks 1-3)
Phase 2: Smart Dispatch — $12,000 (weeks 4-6)
Phase 3: CRM + Pipeline Intelligence — $9,500 (weeks 7-9)

Total: $30,000. Monthly retainer: $1,500-2,500.

Why This Matters

Every client deployment makes the next one faster. The template is battle-tested. The infrastructure is repeatable. Azure, Anthropic key, Telegram bot, API connections — it's a formula now.

30 minutes from first call to production. That's the VCG deployment speed.
